KEDDO
Governing Body
The Kiamichi Economic
Development District of
Oklahoma (KEDDO) is a County
Trust Authority governed by local elected officials from County
Government,
City Government, Conservation Districts, Minority Representatives and At-Large
Members. The Trustees of the Board form from among the membership an
Executive Committee composed of the elected officers, the immediate past
Chairman, the Executive Director, a minority representative and such additional
Trustees necessary to have each County represented.

Chester
Dennis
Chester Dennis, Executive Director,
serves as a non-voting member of the KEDDO Executive Committee. Chester began
work with KEDDO in 1983 as a Job Developer with the JTPA (now WIA) Program. He
was promoted to Assistant Director for the JTPA Program in 1984 and then
promoted to Director of JTPA and Assistant Director of KEDDO in 1989. He became
Executive Director of KEDDO in February of 1994.
